• We currently offer $7.95 flat rate shipping on all orders Australia Wide
  • Please note we do not ship to PO Boxes or Parcel Lockers. If you enter a PO Box/Parcel Locker address, we will contact you for an alternative address. This may cause delays to your order. If we do not hear from you within 48 hours of contacting you, we will then cancel and refund your order.
  • Bon Voyage will endeavour to dispatch your order in 3-5 working days
  • All orders are shipped with a tracking number
  • We currently use Sendle as our Shipping provider and from time to time there are locations their service does not reach. If we are unable to ship to your address you will be refunded in full and your order cancelled
  • It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure all shipping information is accurate and up to date. Bon Voyage will not be held responsible if orders are shipped to an incorrect address if that address is what is contained on the order
  • Transfer of stock ownership occurs once the order has been shipped.  If the order goes missing and Bon Voyage can prove (via tracking) that the order was shipped to the address specified on the order, Bon Voyage will not be liable for a replacement or a refund of the product(s) contained within the misplaced shipment
  • Sendle dictates the expected delivery times, any changes to this are outside the control of Bon Voyage and is subject to change without notice


  • A flat rate of $20 shipping applies for all international orders
  • All international orders will be shipped with a trackable courier International shipping service
  • Once your order has been shipped you will receive an email notification with a tracking number
  • Please allow approx. 7-12 business days to receive your package from receiving your tracking information
  • Any costs associated with taxes charged from the country you have requested your order sent to will be your responsibility. Bon Voyage is not responsible for any cost associated with any additional charges from your postal service/government etc
  • If the shipment is refused and your package is returned to Bon Voyage (for any reasons including and not limited to customs, taxes, unable to deliver) you will be issued a refund minus the full cost of shipping
  • We are legally required to declare the full cost and value paid on ALL international shipments and must include an invoice for customs
  • All international orders require a phone number and email for delivery and cannot be delivered to a PO Box or Hotel
  • Shipping cost on all returns are non refundable
  • Any return packages are to be returned to Bon Voyage via an insured or tracked mail service, as we do not accept responsibility for packages that we do not ship ourselves
  • Please ensure all returns are posted back within 14 days. Refer to full returns and exchanges terms and conditions

Pre Order Items:

  • Items that are noted as pre order will have the date of shipment noted on the product page. Please be aware that shipment will occur after the date stated on the product page and not on date of order placement

Out of stock items:

  • If an order is placed and an Item or Items are sold out the cost of these pieces will be refunded to your original payment method immediately. You may or may not be notified.
